Ok so many things in life are unavoidable and we need to just step back and look at it from a different point of view. We carry around in our bodies stored memory that we ourselves are not even aware of until things start happening and you start to feel more pain.
I say FUCK IT.......Live through this life the best you can. Stop trying to please people who you yourself know that youll never get a little thank you from  or a pat on the back.
Let yourself go , think of number one. YOU.....and stop fooling yourself and hoping that it will change. You cant change people but you can change the people that are in your life.
